This guy is incredible.
He has best sellers based on "there's a point where things change"(Tipping Point) and your first impression is usually your best (Blink). He gives a speech saying we need better education and better drug& mental health education.

Kinda like Chauncey Gardner in "Being There", he becomes a prophet by stating the obvious - which to his credit - is often ignored in this age of looking for exotic solutions to fabricated problems.
