It's taken more than 60 years, but Minnesota finally has a memorial to those who fought in World War II. Some of the most touching moments were not part of the grand ceremony, but off to the side where each veteran who attended was personally thanked and given a medal. Congressman Keith Ellison narrates.

Nice video, thank you for sharing.

My family spent a little time at the World War I museum in Kansas City a week ago, you can see some pics at my blog. There are only 3 American WWI veterans alive today.

Let's not forget our WWI heros.

I remember meeting a WWI vet when I was young, the day before he died. Only 3 left - wow.
