That's been making the email rounds lately. It ran through everyone here at work.
After too many people watching it too many times, we've deduced that it's fake. Note the cops grin/smirk when he walks past the reporter.

Blip.tv did a major update recently, which caused videos to start playing right away. I think it's fixed now though - this one is "click to play" for me on Firefox and Safari. Does it autoplay for you?

I worked at KSTP at the time this happened. First, it was real. Second, the general feeling was the cops set-us up - timing to go out the door while we were live & the look on the cop's face indicates he was "in the know"
