On July 27-30, 2006, the Vintage Band Music Festival and International Wind Music History Conference brought over 40 outdoor concerts by 15 historical wind bands to the streets and parks of Northfield, Minnesota. Go to www.vintagebandfestival.org for more information.

When I clicked your "Here's what we do there." link for Lake Francis, at first all I got was nothing: a totally blank all-black screen. I thought, "Ha, ha! Brilliant!" Then the Oct. '05 video appeared -- excellent of course, but THAT was not a surprise. Have a great, well-deserved, vacation!

btw -- the wrong video was loading here earlier. if you started seeing Art Cars, that was a mistake. the vintage band video is now fully loaded.

Im from Northfield and I wish they had fun stuff like this when I was growing up there. Is this going to be an anual event? I hope so.
