DUANE WRITES: It was a rain-soaked Bluegrass Music Festival this year at El Rancho Manana. We once again take a look at a few of the highlighted performers ranging from a four man group to a man who performs by himself. We also take a look at the different shops and stands that were there. Enjoy one of the best Bluegrass Festivals in the area.
