Hmmm...that is an interesting study. Here's my guess as to why this would be the case (aside from the general trends moving toward conservatism in MN). Minnesota is consistently ranked among the top states in the livability or quality of life category. So my guess is perhaps Minnesotans are being less impacted the Bush administration.
I agree though...watch a video like that, and you can see why his likable (if you avoid thinking about any political context that is). I'm going to attribute this to the overall Texan character. I know from experience that Texans are likable people. In fact, I've heard the Minnesota character is the only state character that rivals the Texan character.
While I watch most of your vlogs, I took great, happy enjoyment watching you guys and Mooki!
Segue: I met George Stoney many years ago when a producer at KTCA (a student of his) connected up with him on a visit to the Twin Cities. I had no idea who he was!
Talk about missed opportunities for conversation!

i'm glad you liked our Mooki vid. as you can imagine, it's a personal favorite too. :-)
karina: very interesting theory. our quality of life may well be a factor.
milt: don't blame you for not getting though this one. :-) at the end, i zoomed in on the archive.org source page which says "Batting average: 6%" which was my only editorial comment.
