November 14, 2005

The days are shorter and the nights are colder, so Lori plants her tulip bulbs in the dark after work. Notice how I keep a safe documentary distance from any physical exertion.

Where do you get the "miner's lamp" ?

There's a whole philosophy - laid out in The Olde Farmers's Almanac about the advantages of planting at night. Even breaks down what to plant by what phase of the moon.
