This personal history video is one of the best I've ever seen, and it speaks for itself. Happy Thanksgiving, and if you have a camera - turn it on and talk to your family. You'll be glad you did.

Wow, that was excellent. Whenever I see my grandma, we always try to get her to tell stories of growing up, but never thought to record them. Great idea!

Very well done, as well!

Very well done. I really like the Stephen Hadelman/"The Kid Stays In The Picture" approach to the visuals!

Wow - so simple, so obvious, and yet this idea (and the price of *not* doing it) had completely passed me by... thank you so much for sharing this. My family will be seeing a lot more of my video camera and digital recorder, I think! :-)

A beautiful short film. It does inspire me to start a video archive of family stories, but first I should really purchase a video camera (and learn how to use it semi decently.)
