I voted! I'm among the mighty 15% in Minneapolis! Voted Rybak, but honestly I struggle with the choice between two smooth-talking affable dudes with loosened ties and rolled up shirt sleeves. Both have politics I agree with. The main reason I can't go for McLaughlin is that the campaign he's running rubs me the wrong way. He's fear-mongering and comes across of duplicitous. Rybak is kinda bumbling at times, but he seems real. Rybak give me the impression of gee-shucks, nerdy Encyclopedia Brown type. McLaughlin gives me the impression of a double-talking philanderer.

If you had been at the last debate - video on this site! - you would have seen that Rybak is definately more real. He stepped up and took care of the chaotic situation that arose and McLaughlin just sat there. Plus he mostly ignored the other candidates (other than Rybak of course) I think the whole thing was very telling. I'm so glad we were there, both to film and to see it live in person.
isn't it illegal to campaign around the polling places? WHERE WAS MARY??!???
also, besides being horrible, I don't understand why the VO in the police ad sounds like the guy is about to burst out laughing..."raped! murdered! ha ha!" that should reel 'em in.

You're so slick getting the camera in and filming. I got nailed at a kinkos by a manager who informed my that their policy does not allow videotaping in their store. How do you get away with this stuff. Maybe because you look more harmless than me? If they only knew.

KIFFMEEEEYEEEEERRRR!
actually the polls were closed when i was talking to Tim. we actually talked to him for like half an hour... he's trying to start this "We the People" party. i told him he needs a blog, naturally.
busted at kinko's -- daaang. it seems like we should be able to document ourselves voting though, doesn't it?
